i had a fantastic experience at Grand Excelsior Hotel Al Barsha. the concierge staff were efficient and friendly. the room was enormous, stylish, with a bath and shower, and a huge comfortable bed. the full wall window offered a great view. the hotel's location is convenient, with grocery shops, restaurants, and the Mall of Emirates within walking distance.

Convenient location near Mall of Emirates, supermarkets, and restaurants. Easy check-in process and spacious suite. Excellent service from reception and bellboys.
Felt exceptional, no complaints whatsoever.
